Pond. Open for memberships, Phillips Pond is located in northwest Randolph County, GA. This privately
owned
150 acre lake was originally built as a mill pond in the 1930's.
Broken in 1994, by Tropical Storm Alberto, it was rebuilt and stocked
with bluegill, largemouth bass, shell crackers, and catfish.
Annual memberships include all dependents in a household all year, plus two guests up to six days a month. Picnic and barbeque facilities as well as camper hook-ups are available.
