Course Objectives and Expected Learning Outcomes

· To meaningfully link value-added food product attributes and benefits to downstream elements including distribution, communication, retail display, consumer access, consumer use, consumer satisfaction, feedback from consumers, to incorporate the critical elements of meeting consumer needs and desires into the technologies involved in food product development and enhancement.

· To optimize the new food product development process by integrating the salient components into a coherent whole.

Cost of registration: $395 (includes lunch, breaks, and a copy of the above book).
