Anna V.A. Resurreccion

Anna
V.A. Resurreccion is a Professor in the Department of Food
Science and Technology at the University of Georgia. Her area
of expertise is on consumer insight, and consumer and sensory
science.
She has written two books on
consumer sensory evaluation in product design and development.
Her current research interests focus on methods in consumer
and sensory evaluation, development of value-added products
and functional foods, consumer-based optimization of food
formulations and processes, and shelf-life determination;
and are the topics on which her 130 refereed journal publications
are based.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT),
was former Chair of the Product Development Division of IFT,
served as associate scientific editor of the Journal of Food
Science and is currently on the editorial boards for the Journal
of Sensory Studies and LWTFood Science and Technology.
