Aaron L. Brody

Aaron L. Brody is adjunct professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at The University of Georgia where he teaches Food Packaging, Development of Value Added Food Products, Basics of Food Science and Technology and Chilled Foods.

He has written eight books on food packaging and new product development and is contributing editor for Food Technology and Brand Packaging and Asia Pacific Food Industry. His current research focuses on active packaging, food service packaging, zero oxygen processing and packaging, shelf life prediction and non-thermal processing.

He teaches Marketing Management and New Product Development at Keller Graduate School of Management and St.Joseph's University, both in MBA programs.
